-- Recently, there has been alot of discussion on UAH regarding duel citizenship and its ramification. Subsequently, members of UFA UK Chapter have concluded that this article in the Ugandan constitution restricts their involvement in participating on civil matters/politics in Uganda and have decided that it should be challenged in the constitutional court of Uganda.
I am therefore calling upon all opposition party reps in UK, EU and USA including Ugandans who feel disenfranchised by this bias piece of legislation to contact UFA reps in UK for uninformal consultation with the view to have this article repealed from the constitution.
